Previous orders have come in sturdy boxes. This order which contained 4 books came in flimsy Amazon type packaging. This packaging was clearly too small for the books and had been literally squashed down with sellotape. One of the books has a rip in the cover. Have sent a request for a replacement to Wordery but had no response. I am disappointed in Wordery this time and am currently unsure if I would use them again. I moved away from ordering books on Amazon because of their poor packaging and lacklustre customer service and now Wordery appear to be just the same.
