I recently ordered a book with several copies via your online business. A Man Called Ove. I was happy with the promptness on which the parcel was dispatched and arrived. What was very disappointing was the fact that..... I chose your company as the book was the cheapest option available and was also advertised to have a 10% discount for 2 or more purchases. I took this at face value. Went ahead with the purchase. The advertised discount on this occasion was not applied at checkout. I paid the full price because I really wanted the book but I decided to follow up the non application of advertised discount to my order. I actually made an enquiry and even supplied photos twice of the advertisement for your company, Wordery. At the end of the day, the discount would have only been $6.40 I believe, or to that extent. What was disappointing I believe was the lack of principle or good will that could or should have been applied. Instead, what occurred was an ongoing to and fro dialogue with one of your customer services (who at no time was rude or inappropriate..... In fact she was very helpful). Point is it took more of her and my valuable time to hunt down what could have been dealt with in a what I believe was matter of principle and goodwill. Yours sincerely Alison Buchli
