As usual, very poor packaging resulted in books getting knocked about in transit. Not a huge amount of damage this time, but guys - please - you're meant to be a book delivery service. Putting two fairly heavy books in what amounted to a large shoebox with absolutely no padding is shoddy practice, and demonstrates absolutely no care at all for the product you are selling.
