As the oversized box containing the smaller book did not fit a standard letter box I had to do a 20 mile round trip to collect from Royal Mail dept as I was not in to receive the parcel.
It might be useful and to save on cardboard to put whenever possible a letterbox size box.
The service was prompt but the inconvenience took the edge off it.
