The book was a good price and in good quality, but the packaging was way bigger than needed, the book got slightly damaged on route sliding around in the box, and its a waste of packaging, and it means a standard sized novel wont fit through the letter box which is a pain! It's the second time I've ordered from you, and I'd rather use you than amazon, but this has happened both times and if it keeps happening then convenience might start to get in the way of my morals!!
