I find that sometimes the books are damaged. The packaging is usually ok so the damage must happen prior to despatch. Often it’s just a slightly torn cover or pages. The time I did complain I was sent a replacement. Also the delivery time is long. My daughter collects the bookmarks otherwise I wouldn’t bother with Wordery. I don’t like waiting and wondering if the books I’ve bought as gifts will turn up in time. The last book I ordered for my daughter’s 16th birthday didn’t even have a bookmark! The dispatch times are all over the place. I think Wordery are ok but could do better.
