I might have been able to give a meaningful review if, in your request for a review, you had reminded me what I had bought from you!! I buy lots of books and cannot remember which one recently came from you. I've put 3* on the basis that if it was a worse service I'd remember but if you want an accurate 5* then FGS have the sense to include some basic purchase info with the auto-request.
