The item pictured was not the item i received- which is fine, your disclaimer says as much. However all the other details (ISBN) in the item listing were for the pictured item, not the one I received. False advertising. I was only offered a 20% refund, which I accepted at the time because I was sick of dealing with it. I shouldn't have been so accepting and complained through ebay rather than contacting you directly, ebay would have ensured I received a full refund and that return shipping was not at my expense.
