I put in a flurry of online orders all on the same day - the other three suppliers had delivered before you had dispatched. Your price was good and I was happy not to be ordering from Amazon, but in this day and age you really need to be much quicker than you are. I'll hesitate to order again unless you can assure me of quicker dispatch/delivery. Additionally, I didn't see delivery estimates during the ordering process - make them more prominent, ideally before I've committed to pay.
