They offered the book I was seeking at a good price. However, the book (a travel guide) did not arrive before I left even though I paid extra so it was of no value to me and was returned to Wordery. I did receive a refund of book cost only, so the this exercise cost me over £4. Perhaps I'll use Amazon next time as they offer full refunds.
