I was disappointed that the cover of the dictionary was badly creased and torn when it arrived - the packaging was ok so it must have been packed like that. I would rather have paid the £2 extra for a pristine book! As my first experience of Wordery it wasn't great as I'm now not sure what quality to expect and will hesitate to use this route again.
