After being assured that the item that I wanted to purchase was in stock, i was later emailed, 7 days after the estimated dispatch date informing me that the product was not currently in the wordry stock but was assured that you were doing everything possible to get the item. It is in my understanding that your products are usually shipped on a Sunday but I've recently ordered something else after being reassured by a member of your customer service team that the issue would not happen again and here we are,,,,, past Sunday again and no dispatch email.
