Good except for cancellation/returns process. When I tried to cancel the second book I had ordered, as someone bought it for me as a gift, I thought this would be straightforward as it hadn't yet been despatched. Not so. I was informed that this wasn't possible and I would have to wait for the book to arrive then return it, which cost me, then wait for a refund - which has not yet arrived.
