Dear Sir/Madam,
I made three separate orders for three prayer books.
I was more than happy with the speed of delivery and packaging of these books.
I was disappointed that two of the three (and I am not sure about third one as I have givenue it away) had a section of blank pages in the body of the book. I was disappointed that I had not been told about the fault in there.
I have already sent an email to you about this and I have not heard back from you.
