When ordering a book from England there is no reason or excuse for it to take 14 days to arrive. It took a week to dispatch from a UK warehouse and then a further week to arrive! I’ve never known anything like it, I did actually email a complaint to your company at the time. If I knew this would of happened like this I would of purchased the book from somewhere else even if it costed more money!
