I've used Wordery to order several dozen books over the years. This is the first time Wordery have let me down. The original order stated that the book would arrive within about a week. After a fortnight, with no book arriving, I contacted Wordery. They did not reply to my enquiry. I made a second enquiry after the book was about three weeks overdue. I did receive an e-mail stating that there were problems getting the book from whatever source Wordery use. It did not appear to be a reply to my e-mails but a standard apology not tailored to my order. I received a new ETA for delivery but once again that date was missed. There was no further contact from Wordery. In the end I waited 7- 8 weeks for my book rather than about 7 days as originally promised. When it arrived it was new and well packaged but I feel that Wordery's communications (or lack of them) let their service down in this instance.
