One of the books arrived in a reasonable time and in good condition. The other took a long time to arrive which in fairness was communicated. However when it arrived the front cover had a strip cut out of it and was damaged. Given the time it had taken to arrive I couldn’t face waiting for a replacement. So who knows Wordery may have replaced the book. However there has been a clear error in checking the order before despaching it
