This is the first time I've been disappointed with Wordery. I paid to have Royal Mail deliver part of my order in 2 working days & they arrived in SEVEN - at the same time as the rest of the order (and 3 days after I needed them). In the past regular deliveries (without paying surcharge) have always been swift and I thought paying the extra was supposed to guarantee next day delivery. Both my other online orders placed the same day (from other stores) arrived before Wordery.
