I was happy with the book but very disappointed that it did not come within the time frame suggested and I had to enquire twice only to be sent a standard response and then the second time to be told it would arrive approx a week later than expected. I understand this was a special and premium book (James Baldwins Little Man - Little Man) but as it was a birthday gift - it was too late and missed the occasion. I am a big fan of Wordery as I hate Amazon & eBay but on this occassion it would have been good to know in advance if it was not going to arrive on time - even though it indicated it was coming from the UK!
