I wish that you would use normal couriers instead of Royal Mail; they take the parcel back to the depot (I live alone and work during the day) and I have a very narrow window on Saturday morning, and have to queue and take photo id, to collect it; there's no point having home delivery. Please use a proper courier or set up some kind of click and collect with someone who is open at convenient times.
