I ordered a book well in advance as it was for a little girls birthday present. I had to email the Wordery to find out where it was as the book hadn't been dispatched after a week. This seemed to do the trick as it was "dispatched " as soon as the email was read, only for it to take well over a week for it to arrive. It took 2 weeks and I missed the birthday deadline only to open the book and find that the front cover was ripped.
