The delivery guidelines are misleading. It stated that the item would be delivered within 3-5 days, but what it actually meant was that the item would be posted within 3-5 days, not delivered. Ordered on the Saturday for a party on the Friday night. The item was only posted on the Friday and it didn't arrive until the following Wednesday; one very disappointed little boy. Can't imagine how they'll cope at Christmas.
