I really like Wordery, but I think your return policy could be updated.. I bought a planner through Wordery and didn’t realize it was the wrong one ( monthly versus weekly) until I opened it. Opening it, despite not writing in it and it being in perfect condition, made it ineligible for exchange or return because the original packaging was broken. I would buy from Amazon in the future versus Wordery just to avoid this problem, even at a slightly higher price point! I would also, as a customer, still buy an item whose packaging was opened if the condition was perfect. Why does anyone care whether the plastic is on something or not?!? For goodness sakes, we should be phasing our plastic in general at this point.
