Express delivery didn't arrive as expected and extra postage wasn't refunded, despite apology..
Slow and poor, unhelpful response from customer service.
Wouldn't cancel order because it would be late, even though status showed book wasn't even in their stock yet.
My previous order from them never even arrived and I had to wait a few weeks until they would refund.
I will not use them again, there's a consistent arrrogance from the team that isn't replicated in other suppliers.
