The order was made and charges made. The estimated dispatch and delivery dates given. However that was as far as it went. I initially contacted customer service and was told everything was fine and it would be delivered in a few days. It turned out that an error occurred that they did not detect I had to contact customer service two more times before they admitted a problem and resubmitted the order. Unfortunately by that time I had missed the birthday that the order was for
Roll on Christmas!!!
