My dealings with Wordery are always excellent however just recently (and the for the first time ever) I received books that were not in perfect condition. One had a corner that was damaged (Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind) and also one book had a bend in the bottom right hand corner.... (Irena's Children). Sapiens was in a box and I get the sense it wasnt securely placed in the box. Irena's Children was in a cardboard envelope and because it is so bendable, I have a feeling the Australian Post Office delivery person may have caused damage to the Irena's Children book by shoving it into the mail box. Now there is a crease in the book cover. I am still waiting to receive one book (Stamped from the beginning). Hoping I receive it today.....
