Buyer beware.. A crazy and inflexible process. I placed an order for a book at 20:15. Then I realised I could also buy a second book that I wanted - and receive a discount on the second book. So I placed a second order at 20:29, for the original book and the second book. I emailed Wordery at 20:36 asking them to cancel the first order. That was just 21 minutes after placing the first order. I immediately received an automated response acknowledging my email. At 10:06 THE NEXT DAY (yes, the next day) they emailed me to say they couldn't stop the first order being dispatched. They also said, I could return the first order once I had received it, if I wanted to. At 11:15 that day I received an email to say the first order had been dispatched. At 18:03 that day I received an email to say the second order had been dispatched. The second order arrived before the first order. Now I have the problem of returning the first order for which there will no doubt be a charge! You'll go a long way to find a process as inflexible and stupid as this one, with no room for common sense. One very unhappy customer.
