Normally I have very good service from Wordery but my last purchase was a bit of a disappointment. Ordered a week before Christmas & being aware that it would not arrive in time as a present I was still hoping for it's arrival by early January. I had to wait a month after the order for delivery (still well received by my wife though) Perhaps some sort of updates as to the reason for the delay would be better.
