I didn't buy through you guys; my father did. I asked him not to use your website again and to, preferably, stick to Amazon.
It's just too difficult to do business with you guys and my father (85yrs), who doesn't have an email, couldn't communicate with their customer service people because they don't have customer service via telephone.
Look. Not to be mean. But just stick to Amazon. They do everything they can to make problems right.
