Prompt delivery but poorly packaged- books loose in card envelope rattle around inside and damaged on impact during delivery (impact crease on spine, denting cover), not badly enough to go through hassle of returning this time, but enough to be annoyed about. Wouldn't take much to pack/cushion the gaps with bubble wrap or something similar to prevent this. If buying books in 'new' condition, it shouldn't be a gamble if they'll arrive as such.
