I'm very sorry but it's important for me to let you know I'm still dissatisfied.
I first received my book in very poor condition. It was severely torn and pages were wrinkled because of a bad wedge in the package. It had moved a lot !!!
Wordery very kindly sent me another one without asking me the return of the first one ("Very good" rate !!! for the beginning of the "replacement story") but in spite of the bad first experience and my advice/special request to take special care of the packaging, the second book arrived in a poor condition (first page a little wrinkled). It was't as bad as the first sending but I can't qualify the book as being in mint condition. ("Very poor" rate for the second part of the story ...
I'm very disappointed. ("Poor" rate for the whole story)
I know you did the best you could but I'm sure you can improve your delivery service by wedging the books in their package better (it was a big pocket book).
