When I opened the book the first two pages fell out because they had not been bound into the spline. Not Wordery's fault that the book was badly made but still unacceptable for one that cost over £30.
Delivery time was OK but not as quick as my usual deliveries from "A". The packing was also too big for the book which arrived with a fold in the cover presumably because it bounced around in transit.
