The order was sent in 2 deliveries, even though both were suppposed to be in stock when I ordered. The order was for volumes 7 and 8 of a graphic novel series. I got #8 first, so obvioualy couldn't read it until the other eventually arrived. The biggest problem with your service is delivery time- it is far too slow
