Two books were received in not as good condition as normal. The dust jacket on the top book was torn, seemingly before or as it was packed. This was difficult to fix. The second book was also received with slighter dust jacket damage. So, do not send me books with buggered dustjackets.
Also, you do not appear to respond to other than simple complaints. My query re the faulty nature of reprinted books in a series has been ignored, yes?
