A bit rude email replies when I just wanted to let them know that my order was late. They replied as if I was supposed to know that the book was going to be shipped by a different supplier and would take more than 7 days to arrive even though my order was saying 2 days. It also took longer than that to arrive. Other than that, fine. You should inform the customers of such delays though before they pay.
