As per email, the Birthday present for my daughter DID NOT arrive as per spec, which was extremely disappointing as other suppliers delivered her other presents on time! Before my daughter returned to London, I had to make a 20 mile round trip in my car so that she had the present!!!!! NOT HAPPY!
