Your products are great. Your website was so wonky that I had to do and re-do and re-do and then call for help. I ordered 2 of something and was notified that there was only one. That was fine. I ordered notecards. I got an email that you hope I will enjoy the book I ordered. I did not order a book. Total confusion. I gave up. Then some time later my notecards arrived. You need to work on your website and communication.
