One book was dispatched almost immediately- the other book days later despite being ordered on the same day. Then, neither book arrived within their respective estimated delivery dates. The first book was well overdue. After contacting customer support, it was declared the books must be “lost” and therefore I should choose a refund or re-order. As it happened, that very same day BOTH books arrived. Packaging was ok but I didn’t like the fact the books were not protected by any wrapping within the parcels. Overall packaging and “presentation”, such as documentation - was below what I have had from both Amazon and Book Depositary. This was my first time using wordery. The experience was well below the standard of Book Depositary which is where we usually get our books. Overall disappointing experience, especially with the delivery times. Unlikely to use Wordery again.
