The delivery time was completely incorrect and not as advertised which meant l had to re-post once it arrived. I received an email to say that the book would be dispatched on the Tuesday and it still hadn't arrived by the following Monday??? So l complained and this is the response l got - and you can see that the dispatch date has already changed to the Wednesday and they don't include Saturdays. The email very clearly says Tuesday - why say Wednesday then ? It was delivered via the Post office as well - they deliver on Saturdays. Overall - not happy with the service, not happy with the reponse from customer services either. Hello there, Thank you for getting in touch. Since your order was dispatched on Wednesday, September 4th, we would have therefore expected it to arrive between Friday, September 6th and Tuesday, September 10th.
