I placed an order on the 15th of September and was given a delivery estimate of 4-8 days. The website stated that the item was in-stock and ready to ship.
I then received an email on the 24th of September stating that the order was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances but would arrive within 2-3 days.
Unfortunately I had to email customer services another week later to see where the item was and it had turned out that it wasn’t in stock, and they hadn’t ordered a replacement with their supplier.
The item eventually dispatched on the 1st of October and arrived on the 5th.
I will say that the customer service staff, once contacted, were lovely. Very polite and quick to respond.
