I was charged a few pence more than the RRP price listed on the product page, never got a sensible response as to why, noticed a week after order (at which time the item had still not been posted to me) that the price had been reduced by £1.00. No discount offered me, though, and item took another week to arrive. Won't use Wordery again, alas.
