I placed an order online and as payment was going through the website timed out and my basket was showing as empty so I assumed the order hadn't gone through. An email was received hour later confirming the order had gone through. I immediately emailed the company to cancel the order, received an email the following morning advising that the book had already been despatched. After explaining the issue I was told that they couldn't stop the order and also advised that they don't offer postage back to them. Stuck with a book I don't want because their website couldn't cope.
