I think Wordery is very good. However, you could improve:
- by using Royal Mail (unionised staff) instead of a courier company (gig-economy workers on zero hours contracts)
- you could ask people if they want their orders delivered all at once, or items delivered separtely (I have ordered presents and then the books are delivered separately, but I would rather than were saved and arrived simultaneously).
