Really disappointed. Asked twice t chase my order. Been waiting a month and a half and no idea where it is. I have chased twice and there has been zero empathy or care
To the customer. Absolutely embarrassing that I’ve given clear instruction to deliver the goods and all that has come back is dodging the request and rather a defence to a refund. That is terrible considering the complete disregard to customer service and respect to the person who has requested a product. Trust is gone. There are no more chances for this business.
