I ordered the same book twice within a day of each other and tried to cancel the second order within a few minutes of completing the order. my email was not read for a day or two so it was by then too late for the order to be cancelled.
I have now finally arranged to return the book at my own expense, I really hope it is going to be accepted.
I cannot understand how the order can go through within seconds however cancellations cannot be processed for several days after.
won't be ordering from this site again.
