The website was having trouble processing my order, it took 3 attempts to pay. I then discovered it had placed the order twice that one of the attempts where it said it failed hadn't. From the email I contacted Wordery straight away to cancel the order who said they couldn't I'd have to wait to receive my order and do returns. Which then ended up costing us £3 in postage on an order that was £7.
I think the confirmation order needs wording that you can't cancel your order at this stage.
