I hate to leave a bad review but this time service was really poor. I ordered 2 items neither of which came in the expected time. The order was split and the first to arrive had damaged packaging, luckily no damage inside and I recognise this was the carriers fault. The second item failed to arrive in the stated time and I had to contact customer services. I was told that there had been a supply problem and an alternative supplier was supplying but the delivery date would be put back. I had had no communication regarding this. The item did eventually arrive but not until I had to contact customer service again. I had hoped that Wordery would provide an ethical alternative to Amazon but I would think twice before ordering again.
