I suspect that the fault lies with the postal system not Wordery. I paid £4.99 for next day delivery before Christmas. No sign of the book by 28th, so discovered tracking (I'm 75, so not up with these things!) No card had been posted through my door although the tracking said it had. I found it eventually at a local PO, too late for Christmas!
I could have had free postage and received it earlier! Not sure I want to order by post again, especially when there is often a deadline to read for a reading group.
