Awful customer service. My parcel was returned to the depot ( I had to find this out for myself) but I had to chase Parcelforce myself several times as Wordery weren’t interested in sorting it out for me. They just kept telling me the parcel would be redelivered but that never happened. I wasted an entire week emailing and ringing Parcelforce and Wordery, never again, I will revert back to using amazon!
