The delivery came within time and all was well with the products.
They were a birthday present for my partner who is an artist and also a perfectionist and instantly noticed the dent.
Very annoying.
I was moving house the next day and it got forgotten otherwise I would have sent it back to get a new, non dented one.
Apart from that, speedy service just not very delicately packaged or could be rough couriers, who knows, .
